Antioxidant formulated for use in beer to protect against oxidation and off-flavour formation. Improves flavour and colour stability in beer.
Antioxin SB and Antioxin SBT can be combined, with Antioxin SBT being added in the mash, and ANTIOXIN SB added to the beer post-fermentation during maturation, lagering or prior to bottling.
Typical dosage: 1-3 g per 100 liters of water
Add during maturation or prior to bottling. Antioxin SB might be less suitable for processes involving carbonation through re-fermentation in the bottle or keg.
