Ekens White Bordeaux Wine Kit makes a full-bodied, fresh and aromatic wine that is well suited to dinners with cold cuts of veal, fish dishes or seafood.
Tips for the wine making process and storing:
The wine ferments in a few weeks and can then be stored in a cool and dark place. Before bottling, the winemaker may choose to flavor the wine with American or French oak chips, about 3-5 grams per bottle. This wine is suitable for aging and with added oak chips the wine develops a complementary barrel character.
The wine set contains:
5 liters of concentrate
Wine yeast
Jässtopp stabilizer (Potassium Sorbate E202 and Potassium Metabisulphite E224)
Clarifying agents
