Ekens Country wine Red wine kit makes a rustic wine with typical aromas and the simplicity of a red country wine. The wine goes well with simple snacks, pizza and hearty home cooking.
Tips for the wine making process and storing:
This wine is intended to be savoured fresh, and can be enjoyed after as little as 3-4 weeks. To get a fuller wine, the volume of water added to the concentrate may be reduced. If a stronger wine is intended consider adding extra brewing sugar (dextrose) and use a wine yeast suitable for high ABV wines. Store in a dark and cool place.
The wine kit contains:
5 liters of concentrate
Wine yeast
Jässtopp stabilizer (potassium sorbate E202 and wine sulfur E224)
