This Wine Kit makes a wine which may be perceived as a soft but powerful wine, with fruity flavors of plum, blueberry and cocoa. It goes well with food that is flavorful and full-bodied.
Tips for the wine making process and storing:
The wine ferments in a few weeks. Before bottling, the winemaker could add French oak chips, about 3-5 grams per bottle, which adds a complementary barrel character. To get a fuller wine the volume of water added to the concentrate may be reduced. Store the wine in a dark and cool place.
The wine set contains:
5 liters of concentrate
Wine yeast
Jässtopp stabilizer (Potassium Sorbate E202 and Potassium Metabisulphite E224)
