Ekens Ekens Country wine Rosé Wine Kit gives aromatic aromas of peach, butterscotch and summer berries. A light and crisp wine with pleasant acidity that is perfect to serve well chilled at summer parties or while waiting for the sunset.
Tips for the wine making process and storing:
This wine is intended to be savoured fresh, and can be enjoyed after as little as 3-4 weeks. To get a fuller wine, the volume of water added to the concentrate may be reduced. If a stronger wine is intended consider adding extra brewing sugar (dextrose) and use a wine yeast suitable for high ABV wines. Store in a dark and cool place.

5 liters of concentrate
Wine yeast
Jässtopp stabilizer (potassium sorbate E202 and wine sulfur E224)
